As we enter the 15th year of our tournament, we continue to strive to make this the best Memorial Day weekend experience for all of the players and their families.

The Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup is the largest Memorial Day soccer tournament in the West Coast and undisputedly, Southern California's #1 Memorial Day Soccer Tournament. "Great Competition", "Excellent Fields", "Well Run", "Incredible up-to-date Scoring", and "Outstanding Awards" were just some of the compliments that are expressed every year by our participants.

For those of you who are new to the Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup, we would like to take the opportunity to familiarize you with our prestigious event.

The Tournament Committee is committed to bringing the best competition possible. The Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup has applied for and has been granted by USSF and FIFA the right to accept foreign teams and US Club Soccer teams into the Cup. We anticipate a few top foreign teams will apply and will be accepted.

We welcome back our friends from France, Canada, England, Northern California, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona. Their participation enhances the spirit of great competition at our tournament.

There are many exciting things to do off the soccer field for team building activities and/or family bonding. Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Medieval Times, Movieland Wax Museum, Queen Mary, Cerritos Mall, South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, Melrose, Hollywood, Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Malibu and many more tourist attractions are all within minutes of driving time.

The Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup will be using the 2009/’10 season age brackets. It is the team’s responsibility to ensure they apply in the proper age bracket.
 

Unlimited Loan Players will be permitted.
